What is included in my subscription?
Depending on the program, your subscription can include recorded or live lectures, question banks, revision materials, PDFs, mock exams and other resources. The exact features are listed on each program page.
How long is my subscription?
It depends on the program (for example 6 months or 1 year). The exact duration is shown clearly on the program page before you register.
Can I put my subscription on Hold?
Yes, for programs that support it. You can request one Hold per course, for up to 6 months, while your subscription is active. Your access pauses and the days are added back afterwards.
What payment and installment options are available?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Vodafone Cash, Fawry, Western Union, InstaPay, Meeza, Aman, ValU, Sympl, Souhoola, Contact Now, Halan and NBE Installments. Installment availability can vary by program and provider.
Can I watch on mobile and laptop?
Yes. Course content works on phones, tablets, computers and laptops. A stable internet connection gives the best experience.
What if I face a problem with my account or a course?
Check your login details and connection, then refresh or try another browser. If it continues, message MedPlus Support with your name, registered email or phone, program name and a screenshot.
